This year we will be featuring a 4 Course Limited Choice Prix Fixe Menu for $75 per person.  Optional wine pairings will also be available for  an additional $55 per person. We will be listing our full menu very soon.

First Course

Choice of:

-60 South Salmon Mosaic, Cucumber, Confit Tomato, Crème Fraiche, Pink Peppercorn, Dill

-Blue Ridge Rabbit Rillettes, Pickled Apple, Mustard “Caviar,” Fines Herb Coulis, House Flatbread Cracker

-Red and Green Kale, Beetroot Ricotta, Pickled Fennel, Blood Orange, Marcona Almond, Champagne Vinaigrette

 

Second Course

Choice of:

-Fazzoletti Pasta, Provençal Style Roast Pheasant, Bacon, Sauce Soubise

-Swordfish Nduja, Fried Sourdough, Espelette Aioli, Bottarga, Pea Vines

-Grilled Broccolini, Rapini, 20 Month Aged Parmesan, Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, Calabrian Chili, Roasted Garlic


Third Course

Choice of:

-Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin, Clemson Bleu Cheese Whipped Potato,  Espresso Demi Glace, Haricot Vert, Smoked Salt

-Seared Scallops, Black Lentils, Coconut, Lemongrass, Garlic, Carrot, Cilantro, Chili

-Grilled Covington Sweet Potato, Spring Onion Chimichurri, Ensalata Criolla, Pepitas

-Lamb Saddle, Chickpea Panisse Fries, Pomegranate “Ketchup,” Sumac Yoghurt, Cucumber, Mint, Preserved Lemon
